By achieving this internationally recognized certification, CMS has demonstrated its commitment to Information Security Management. This is in direct response to our customers’ needs of protecting themselves in an ever-evolving threat landscape.
ISO/IEC 27001 is a globally recognized information security management standard which ensures that organizations can apply a framework to business processes in order to help identify, manage and reduce risks to information security, and considers not only IT but all business operations. It demonstrates an organization’s ability to meet compliance requirements, which in turn increases external and internal customer satisfaction.
CMS works continuously to ensure that we not only meet but exceed the requirements of being a growing organization serving a demanding industry. We have a huge appetite for ensuring that our customers receive the benefit of rigorous yet swift business processes and security systems. This is a major step forward in CMS demonstrating its commitment to Information Security Management and will positively help in cooperating with our customers’ compliance requirements.
Since the beginning of the project, it was a known fact that our target was to achieve the certification in 6 months time. Thus, it was a challenge! CMS wouldn’t have achieved this goal without our teams’ tremendous commitment. Our teams worked day and night to achieve this goal.
