A Few weeks ago, we gathered at the office to welcome 45 recent newcomers at CMS.
Starting with breakfast at the office, the day was filled with many sessions including a video call with our partners in Europe. It was an opportunity for the remotely working newcomers to meet each other & the management-admin teams at CMS in person.
We spoke about;
- The evolution of CMS during the last 25 years & the future.
- Our clients spread across 6 countries and the wide technology stack used by CMS teams.
- Work culture at CMS, fun at work, hybrid work model etc.
- Various opportunities for staff in career development & learning, traveling onsite etc.
There were self-intros filled with laughter & funny icebreaker games. The event was wrapped up with a nice lunch buffet at the Flow restaurant (Hilton).
